Interested in developing a strategy for how to facilitate conflict that may arise? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you! Join us for an interactive session that will introduce instructors to essential facilitation skills, such as identifying group dynamics, asking dialogical questions, surfacing conflict, and intervening in ways that can enhance their teaching toolkit.
