No research, no meetings, no classes, no business as usual. #ShutDownAcademia and #ShutDownSTEM is the time for white and non-Black People of Color to not only educate themselves, but to define a detailed plan of action to carry forward. Create short and long-term plans to do the work to eradicate racism and create a just, equitable and inclusive academia (or STEM field).
