The Wellesley Centers for Women hosts a panel discussion on the economic downturn—or "she-cession"—that was sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to disproportionately affect women, especially immigrant women and women of color. Panelists will discuss how the Biden-Harris administration can help support women in the workplace in order to overcome the challenges of the pandemic and move the needle forward on gender equity.
