Whether you manage a large team or a staff of one, creating an inclusive and anti-racist workplace culture requires leadership by example and disruptions to the historical status quo. More than ever, we need bold and visionary leaders committed to equity and belonging. This session will explore inclusive leadership practices essential to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture and strategies for having brave conversations on race and racism.
