Identity and Conflict Power Hour

Committed to creating a just and inclusive workplace? Want to learn how identity impacts conflict? Ready to learn and unlearn more about navigating conflict? Join ODI and University Human Resources for an engaging session about responding to conflict in the workplace. During this one-hour session, participants will begin to understand how social identities, such as race gender, sexual orientation, and religion, might influence how we experience and respond to conflict. You will hear different perspectives from campus experts who will offer tips on reworking language, behavior, and relationships in the workplace.
