Unsure how to navigate identity and conflict? Want to raise your awareness? Want to build skills to address identity-based conflict? In the interest of providing the campus community with channels of support to navigate identity and conflict in regards to race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion to name a select few legally protected classes, campus experts will offer centering practices to respond to case studies of identity-based conflicts. A panel will provide personal, professional insights resources, tools, to assist staff, faculty, and supervisors in matters of identity and conflict. Sponsors of the Identity and Conflict HR Growth Workshop Series include the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, the Faculty and Staff Assistance Office and University Human Resources.
