We will be joined by a panel of UMD alums who are doing diversity, equity and inclusion work in higher education:

- * Dr. Robert Kelly (Vice President & Special Assistant to the President at Loyola University Maryland)
- * Dr. Rebecca Toporek (Chair of the Department of Counseling at San Francisco State University)
- * Moderator: Dr. Carlton E. Green, Director of Diversity Training & Education at the University of Maryland
Topics will include:
- Anti-racist Perspective in Institutional Decision-Making: Structure for the Board, Experiences for the Students (Dr. Kelly)
